Price is per Lb. Each rack is between 1 and 2 Lbs. The picture shows a rack after it was frenched (the rmeat between the rib bones was removed). The rack is sold with the meat between the ribs attached. These chunks of meat are excellent for a stew! Ideally remove them before cooking the rack because they will otherwise overcook. Indicate the amount of desired Lbs and the exact price will be calculated and adjusted at pick-up/drop off.
