Price per Lb. Each bone-in shoulder is about 2 to 4 Lbs. Indicate the desired weight and we will select a shoulder similar to what you are looking for. The exact price will be adjusted at pick up or drop off. These shoulders are bone in. If you desire a boneless shoulder please contact ale at [email protected] to place your order. Bone in shoulders are best braised (in a casserole or slow cooker, with an inch of water on the bottom, covered with a lid. Low temperature (we suggest 220F) for a long time (40 minutes per Lb). Try to pry the meat off the bone and stop cooking only when it comes off easily. It is hard to "carve" a bone in shoulder roast unless you are an expreienced butcher.
