CENONE - New Year's BIG dinner
NEW YEARS EVE AT THE FARM. Come to the farm and ring in the New Year with us! We are celebrating with a traditional Italian Cenone, a big feast featuring multiple courses (we are plan ning14!) made with products from our farm. Similarly to all our friends and family in Italy, we will sit for dinner at 7pm and enjoy course after course until New Year! The slowly served meal will provide time for people to enjoy music and the company of their old and new friends. The traditional Cenone features cotechino and lenticchie, a dish started in 1511 and eaten on New Year's Eve ever since. We will have multiple appetizers and multiple homemade pasta and meat dishes. We have not finalized the menu yet but you will enjoy lenticchie and zampone, Agricola meat, agnolotti and panettone, vegetables in season and preservedduring the summermonths and everything is all rigorously made from scratch at the farm.
