Lamb Lamb Lamb!
Why you should buy our lamb. Our lamb is pure Icelandic, and that means, the gourmet of all lamb! It has a very mild flavor almost closer to beef and no taste of mutton. It got fat 100% on grass (no grains) and it was working all season long to keep the vegetation contained for the solar plan in Panton (Vermont) so our lamb helped prevent 1600 Lbs of CO2 to be released in the atmosphere, thank you very much! By buying our lamb you are actively involved in keeping this system alive and preventing foxil fuel from polluting the air. Eat our lamb.
You can buy our lamb at the farmstand in Panton (2674 Jersey st), vermont. Or you can email Ale for a drop off in Shelburne, Burlington or Middlebury.

LAMB BOX $140
5 lovely cuts ready for memorable meals:
1 leg (about 3 Lbs),
4  loin chops (about 1 Lb),
4 shoulder chops (about 0.5 Lb),
Lamb Stew (1 Lb) and
1 rack (about 0.8-1 Lb).

We provide some recipes on our Instagram account. To place an order or ask more questions email ale at [email protected]

LAMB-CHETTA
For that special event! we have solved the problem for those of you who really want to roast a whole lamb but just do not have an oven large enough (who does?) and those we are not planning a dinner for the entire office, but just a few friends, so you cannot buy the whole lamb, but still want that lamb roast! Now you can have it all!. We debone, fill it with herbs and wrap the whole lamb, and then cut it to fit your needs (minimum is 4Lbs). This will easily fit in your oven and it will be a succulent and exctravagant fancy roast! $23.15/Lb (remember that there are no bones, only meat). It looks great, it cuts easily and taste incredible. Try it. Pre-order now emailing ale ([email protected]) - pick up or drop off in Burlington, Shelburne and Middlebury between Ddecember 13th and 23rd.

MONTI VERDI SALUMI

www.montiverdivt.com
Monti Verdi is the sister company of Agricola and it is where our farm efforts turn into products for you to eat.
We are the Farmers and the Butchers.

Agricola is a small diversified Italian farm in Panton, VT run by Alessandra (Ale) and Stefano (Steu).
We specialize in raising and preparing gourmet meats and are particularly known for our pork.
We raise Icelandic sheep, ducks and heritage chickens, for both eggs and meat, we produce salame and other cured meats, such as coppa, guanciale, lonzino, pancetta and prosciutto using traditional
Italian curing techniques. Our animals are lovingly
raised on verdant pasture and we strive to farm in connection with our local ecosystem.
