 ITALIAN CURED MEATS
FROM THE FARM

Where Italian tradition meets Vermont pasture.

Picture
We make our own Italian cured meats
with pastured pork sourced from
our farm. Our traditional recipe
uses just a few key spices and allows
the flavor of the meat to come
through, with flavor notes of our
pastures, rich in wild edibles and
native herbs.

Salame:
We age our salame for one month
and pack it in hand-tied links,
each unique in size and shape.
Our salame is shelf stable makes
for a show-stopping antipasto, a
delightful midday lunch, or a
centerpiece to any charcuterie board.

We also cure wholemuscles such as coppa, lonzino and pancetta. or more inofmration on these cuts check out our website dedicated to these Italian delicacies
