Cenone "The Big Dinner" New Years Dinner


Celebrate the New Year on the Farm

Come to the farm and ring in the New Year with us! We are celebrating with a traditional Italian Cenone, a big feast featuring multiple courses made with products from our farm. Similarly to all our friends and family in Italy, we will sit for dinner at 7pm and enjoy course after course until the new year! The slowly served meal will provide time for people to enjoy music and the company of their old and new friends. The traditional Cenone features cotechino and lenticchie, a dish started in 1511 and eaten on New Years Eve ever since. We will have multiple appetizers and multiple homemade pasta and meat dishes. We have not finalized the menu yet but you will enjoy lenticchie and cotechino, Agricola meat, agnolotti and panettone, all rigorously made from scratch at the farm.
For our out of state guests, we can help you coordinate your stay and if you want to have a more full Vermont experience we can help you coordinate a snow shoeing or cross country skiing trip.

December 31st 7pm - 12+ Midnight.
