FARM-FRESH SALAME
Our hand-tied and cured salame is made using a traditional Italian recipe with pigs that we raise on our pastures. Each link is stuffed and tied by hand using old techniques and are then aged in our modern, state-of-the-art Italian curing cabinets. Salame ships everywhere in the US. |
PASTURED PORK Our pork comes from pigs raised on pasture. We do all of our own meat cutting at our USDA-inspected facility. Pork is sold fresh or frozen depending on when you order and when we deliver. We butcher twice a month. |

HANDMADE PASTA
Using eggs from our pastured hens and Kings Arthur's Flour, we make fresh tagliatelle and ravioli. They take about 4 to 5 minutes to cook and are made fresh on day of delivery. Available on Saturday & Sunday only |
PASTA & BREAD CSA BOX
Our Pasta CSA includes 4 servings of pasta plus one loaf of bread, delivered every weekend for 4 weeks. Each week, you will receive a different type of handmade pasta. Each traditional pasta comes from a different location in Italy and is made using organic flour and artisanal techniques. |
PASTURED MEAT CSA BOX
We have two meat CSA options to choose from: pork & lamb OR pork & beef (from Meeting Place Pastures). Our meat CSAs include around 20 lbs of pastured meat delivered to your door weekly or bi-weekly over the course of four weeks. Feeds a family of two for a month. MÈMÉRE'S MEAT PIES
Mémerè is the Vermonter/French Canadian grandmother of one of our farm assistants. This is her secret spiced pulled pork and potato pie recipe, including a great British crust made with butter and leaf lard. OUT OF STOCK - will be available again for the fall season |

HAND PIES Each week we switch up the ingredients in these special hand pies. They always include our pasture-raised pork sausage, ricotta and vegetables.
